Job summary

Qualifications

  • Ability to lead technical issues across multiple functions and global teams.

  • Own yield, quality, speed and product grade strategy deliverables.

This role is a senior technical design leadership role, accountable for the teams yield and quality compute program deliverables and delivering customer milestones. As DRAM Media Health Yield & Quality leader, you will own yield and quality outcomes end to end, lead or co-lead cross-site execution, and drive data-based decisions across the full product lifecycle. Your work will directly shape customer confidence, speed enablement, and long-term product success.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience 3+ years of experience in DRAM, semiconductor product engineering, or yield and quality roles Experience analyzing yield, quality, or manufacturing data to drive corrective actions Ability to lead technical issues across multiple functions and global teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with DRAM failure modes, disposition strategies, and yield recovery methods Experience working across fab, backend test, assembly, or module interfaces Demonstrated technical leadership influencing decisions beyond direct ownership
