CrowdStrike is building the next generation cloud platform from Redmond, WA to power our AI-native security solutions. You will define and implement core cloud components, enabling low-latency, scalable services and working closely with AI teams.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience building and operating high-volume, highly resilient Tier-1 cloud services and systems.
• Strong knowledge of Go, Java, or similar technologies.
• Ability to move fast and deal with ambiguity while leading collaboration across teams.
• Experience driving technical decisions across groups and stakeholders.
• Strong sense of ownership in what you build.
• Passion for developing teams through code reviews, design reviews and mentorship.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

About the Role

We’re building the next generation technologies which will power CrowdStrike for the next ten years. You’ll join a fast-moving team taking a blank-slate approach to scaling our systems and using AI to stop breaches. Note: This is a hybrid role based out of our offices in Redmond, WA, Sunnyvale, CA, Austin, TX, NYC, or Toronto with an expectation of being in the office at least 2 days per week.

Salary and Compensation

Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $140,000 - $215,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off. The base salary range for this position in Canada is $150,000 - $200,000 CAD per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
