Key Responsibilities
- Build and enhance end-to-end AI-powered applications, including frontend developer tools (e.g., VS Code plugins) and backend services.
- Develop and integrate LLM-powered features into enterprise applications, improving user productivity and experience through intelligent workflows and contextual assistance.
- Contribute to enterprise-scale search, retrieval, and indexing systems, enabling efficient processing and understanding of codebases and knowledge assets.
- Design, build, and maintain APIs, services, and integration layers to expose AI/ML capabilities across applications and developer tools.
- Rapidly iterate on UI/UX features based on real-world usage, feedback, and evolving product requirements to deliver intuitive and high-quality user experiences.
- Debug and resolve issues across application layers, including frontend, backend, and AI/LLM-driven components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (platform, infrastructure, and product) to deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.
- PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of academic or work experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong programming skills in C#.NET, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Angular, Node.js, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience building full‑stack applications (UI + backend services + APIs).
- Proven ability to build clean, intuitive, and performant user interfaces.
- Hands‑on experience developing or integrating LLM-based/AI‑powered applications.
- Familiarity with agentic workflows or orchestration frameworks.
- Ability to take high‑level direction and independently drive end‑to‑end implementation.
- Strong understanding of API design, state management, and UI/backend integration.
- Experience debugging across both traditional systems and AI/LLM‑driven behavior.
Nice‑to‑Have
- Tracing/observability tools for LLM systems.
- Experience with Elasticsearch/vector search.
- Docker/Kubernetes exposure.
- Multi‑agent systems and evaluation frameworks.
Pay range: $111,300.00 - $166,900.00. The salary is one component of total compensation, which also includes a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunities for annual RSU grants.
