Databricks is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to act as a trusted advisor within the Forward Deployed Engineering organization for Financial Services accounts. You will independently lead large, complex programs across multiple workstreams, driving value realization and successful implementations.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, advanced selling of PS&T programs, and identifying upsell opportunities while partnering with Sales and GTM teams to align with growth goals.

• Deep understanding of PS&T offerings, including Partner funding programs (Microsoft, AWS, Google).
• Strong knowledge of Databricks architecture, competitors, and migration benefits.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale program plans and service delivery.
• Ability to travel up to 25-50% as required.

• Customer Sentiment: Proactively monitor customer sentiment and take corrective actions or elevate to ensure high satisfaction.

You will independently lead large, complex, cross-functional programs with minimal oversight, navigating ambiguous scenarios to drive significant impact on your assigned accounts.

Pay Range Transparency

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipated utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above. Zone 1 Pay Range$144,800-$199,100 USD

Zone 2 Pay Range$130,300-$179,200 USD

Zone 3 Pay Range$123,100-$169,300 USD

Zone 4 Pay Range$115,800-$159,300 USD
