Job summary

Akkodis is seeking onsite Sr. Embedded Electronic Warfare (EW) Software Engineers in Milford, UT. The role focuses on high-performance, multi-threaded C++11 applications for embedded EW and DSP systems, with Linux driver and RTOS experience highly preferred.

Active SECRET clearance is required. You will collaborate across engineering disciplines, perform hands-on debugging on embedded targets, and communicate technical concepts clearly to team members.

REQUIREMENTS

• MSCS/BSCS, MSEE/BSEE or related 4-year degree
• 6+ years of advanced proficiency high-performance, multi-threaded apps development with C++11 (or higher versions)
• Experience in embedded systems design.
• Experience with embedded real-time software development in Linux.
• Working knowledge of electronic warfare (EW), digital signal processing (DSP), control systems, or networking.
• Knowledge of communication protocols; IP, UDP, TCP, and Protobufs.
• Demonstrated depth of knowledge in programming languages, compilers, and application execution.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering disciplines and contribute to complex technical efforts.
• Experience with hands-on software development and troubleshooting on embedded targets.
• Solid presentation and technical writing skills.
