We have a customer in Beaverton, OR who has an IMMEDIATE long term DIRECT HIRE opening for an EXPERIENCED Electronic H/W Engineer who has experience in the design, development and improvement of analog mixed signal circuits that are used for precision test and measurement equipment for fiberoptic and related products.
In this role you will be involved in full lifecycle design including using SPICE for simulation, schematic design, PCB layout using Altium, prototyping through production release. You will be directly involved in digitizing analog signals while performing signal conversions and conditioning as well as signal amplification. You will also work to take analog circuits to DC/2 GHz w/ultra-low noise, photodiode front ends, small signal amps/chains, precision power supplies and developing microcontroller F/W (PIC/and Tool Chains) for bare metal embedded systems. You will be directly involved in design and development to improve analog mixed-signal circuits and data acquisition for Hi-Tech fiberoptic test and measurement equipment that involves lasers and optics.
