Crescent Energy Management LLC in Houston seeks a Sr. Drilling Engineer to work with the Vice President of Well Delivery on well design and technical execution of drilling projects.
This role will prepare project timelines, cost estimates, and procedures, review reports for accuracy, track costs, and participate in post-project analysis. You will interface with field and office staff and drive safety, efficiency, and cost control.

The Sr. Drilling Engineer will be responsible for working directly with the Vice President of Well Delivery on the well design and the technical execution of drilling projects. This role will be responsible for completing assignments independently and under general supervision including preparing project timelines, cost estimates and procedures, reviewing reports and records for accuracy, tracking project costs, and participate in post project analysis. This role will have both the leadership, technical and communication skills to interface with both field and office-based staff and will also be self-motivated, team oriented, and results focused.
