The Senior Director of U.S. Trade & Distribution is the lead for the U.S. commercial supply chain and channel strategy. Reporting to the Vice President of Market Access, this individual is responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of a high‑performing distribution network that ensures patient access while maximizing commercial value. As a key leader within the U.S. Market Access function, you will oversee the total 3PL, Specialty Pharmacy, and Distributor ecosystem, driving the long‑term roadmap for trade operations and ensuring the organization is positioned to scale for future therapeutic innovations.

The salary range for this role is $260‑$325k. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. Employees in this position are also eligible for Short‑Term and Long‑Term incentive programs.
