We are seeking top tier Technical Program Management (TPM) talent to join our pioneering team and propel us towards our destination. You will be joining a team of innovative leaders that tirelessly seek to question the status quo. As a Capital One Senior Director, Technical Program Management, Bank Tech, you’ll be on the forefront of managing our organization’s technical integration with Discover, across platforms. In addition to the technical program, you will also work to pave the way for an expanding TPM discipline within the team, by leveraging your industry knowledge and experience to teach the organization what a great TPM can achieve.

The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part‑time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $264,300 - $301,700 for Sr. Director, Technical Program Management
New York, NY: $288,400 - $329,100 for Sr. Director, Technical Program Management
Richmond, VA: $240,300 - $274,300 for Sr. Director, Technical Program Management
This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
