We are seeking an experienced product leader to drive strategy and execution for a high-impact digital platform in the scholarly and academic publishing space. In this role, you will define and execute the product roadmap, manage a team of product managers, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative, user-centric solutions. You will engage with customers, analyze market trends, and ensure products meet both current and future needs, including emerging technologies such as generative AI. Base pay range

$154,000.00/yr - $226,000.00/yr

Accountabilities
  • Define, curate, and drive the product roadmap for a major digital platform
  • Lead a team of product managers responsible for platform experience, user interfaces, and administrative tools
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure timely and efficient product delivery
  • Engage with customers and partners to gather insights, validate assumptions, and inform future product strategies
  • Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from ideation through launch, testing, and evaluation
  • Conduct A/B testing, user interviews, and data-driven analysis to optimize features and enhance user experience
  • Maintain alignment between product vision, technical capabilities, and organizational goals
  • Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for platform innovation
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
  • Proven experience in product management within scholarly, academic, or commercial publishing
  • Strong experience leading strategy development across multiple products or platforms
