Job summary

Corsair is seeking a Sr. Director of Product Engineering and Quality to lead a high-performance engineering organization in Milpitas. You will mentor engineers, recruit top talent, and drive a clear technical vision aligned with corporate goals.

You will oversee product development, quality initiatives, and deployment of scalable solutions while collaborating with product, design, QA, and management to ensure on-time delivery and excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years in product engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record delivering complex engineering projects from conception to launch.
  • Deep understanding of product development methodologies, tools, and best practices.

  • Experience in gaming or consumer products is a plus.

Job Description
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talent, ensuring the team has the skills and resources needed to succeed.
