Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Sr. Director of Dining Services to oversee Canton, GA operations, leading a hands-on team and managing client relationships, food quality, and financial performance.

This role requires relocation to the Canton area and a strong track record in foodservice leadership with P&L accountability; Morrison offers relocation assistance and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least five years of proven leadership experience and two to four years managing foodservice operations.
• Strong knowledge of food quality, production, purchasing, inventory, and cost controls.
• The ability to lead people, manage client expectations, and take ownership of results.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional experience.
• Experience with P&L accountability and contract foodservice is preferred.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
