Job summary

Epicor is seeking a Sr Director, Marketing Operations to shape the marketing technology, operations and analytics vision and strategy. The role partners with executive leadership for long-term planning and builds a high-performing, global team.

You will lead marketing technology stack strategy, data governance, attribution, and cross-channel planning, delivering actionable insights to accelerate growth and pipeline generation. HYBRID work model in Austin, TX.

Job description

The Sr Director, Marketing Operations develops the marketing technology, operations and analytics vision, strategy, systems and analytics that enables intelligent decisions and accelerates growth. Partners with executive management for long-term planning and strategy. Leads, mentors and develops a global team.

What you'll be doing

• Develops the marketing technology, operations and analytics vision, strategy, systems and analytics that enables intelligent decisions and accelerates growth
• Leads all marketing operations including marketing technology stack strategy, roadmap, administration, lead routing, scoring, segmentation, targeting, campaign tracking and attribution, marketing database contact, quality, data compliance (GDPR) and accuracy.
• Partners with field marketing to assist in developing omni-channel campaign strategy and plans.
• Accountable for data quality and accuracy across Marketing systems
• Drive marketing performance measurement to drive actionable insights with executive-level reporting
• Monitor, analyze and report on the marketing contribution to pipeline, program ROI, funnel efficiency, TAM penetration and goal achievement
• Partner with marketing leaders on long‑term planning, strategy and infrastructure.
• Lead, mentor and develop a global marketing technology, operations and analytics team.

What you'll likely bring

• Ability to interact with senior management; strong communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
• Project management skills
• Strong knowledge of CRM, Salesforce.com preferred
• Strong ability to analyze quantitative data to determine program effectiveness, attribution, ROI

• 12+ years progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
• 7+ years managing and developing multi‑discipline teams, preferably with international reach across multiple service types
• 6+ years of specialized/industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• Master’s degree preferred

Minimum: $192,000 USD Maximum: $327,000 USD
