Morrison Healthcare, a member of Compass Group USA, seeks a Senior Director of Dining Services to lead daily operations and drive financial performance for healthcare accounts. You will build talent, earn client trust, and raise service standards across the account.

You’ll oversee budgets, quality control, safety programs, and cross‑functional collaboration with hospital leadership to deliver patient and guest dining experiences that support clinical goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of demonstrated leadership experience.
• Two to four years of direct foodservice operations management experience, including purchasing and inventory controls.
• Strong knowledge of food production, catering, sanitation, presentation, and cost management.
• P&L accountability and contract foodservice experience preferred.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional experience.
• At least five years of demonstrated leadership experience.
• Two to four years of direct foodservice operations management experience, including purchasing and inventory controls.
• Strong knowledge of food production, catering, sanitation, presentation, and cost management.
• P&L accountability and contract foodservice experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
• A proactive approach, sound judgment, and the confidence to represent Morrison with the client.
