Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, seeks a Senior Director of Dining Services to lead daily operations, drive client satisfaction, and deliver financial results for a major healthcare account in Charleston, SC. This hands-on executive role focuses on building teams, setting standards, and partnering with facility leadership.

You'll manage budgets, optimize food production, ensure safety and quality, and develop talent to maintain the high service levels our clients expect.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional experience.
• At least five years of demonstrated leadership experience.
• Two to four years of direct foodservice operations management experience, including purchasing and inventory controls.
• Strong knowledge of food production, catering, sanitation, presentation, and cost management.
• P&L accountability and contract foodservice experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
• A proactive approach, sound judgment, and the confidence to represent Morrison with the client.
