    • Lead financial reporting workstreams associated with the separation, including the preparation and audit of carve-out and stand-alone financial statements.
    • Partner cross-functionally with other MMS departments as well as McKesson corporate functions on IPO and SEC registration activities, including preparation and/or review of financial information and disclosures required in registration statements.
    • Lead financial reporting readiness for PCAOB-compliant audits and establish processes and documentation that meet public company and external audit expectations.
    • Identify gaps between current-state processes and future-state requirements and develop and execute plans to address those gaps.
    • Serve as a financial reporting subject matter expert on system implementations and other strategic initiatives.
  • Establish strong disclosure and financial reporting governance processes, including disclosure checklists, management review procedures, disclosure controls, and appropriate documentation supporting significant judgments and disclosures.
  • Serve as the MMS owner of the financial reporting system. Utilize the system to drive maximum efficiency in the MMS financial reporting program.
  • Partner with Investor Relations, FP&A, Legal and executive leadership to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial information included across external communications, including SEC filings, earnings materials, investor presentation and other public disclosures.
  • Support the company's debt covenant compliance calculations and ensure consistency with financial information used for both internal and external reporting.
  • Provide leadership in talent management to build, develop, engage, and retain a diverse high performing team.
