NBCUniversal is seeking a Senior Director of Finance Transformation to lead the SAP S/4HANA implementation for Project Keystone and oversee finance modernization across the Studio Group. You will align with business leaders, design standard processes, and validate master data for a seamless transition from ECC to S/4.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic thinking for next generation ERP Finance solutions for master data, implementation, and process design.
• Interface with finance, S/4 core team, business units, SI and OT to capture and analyze processes and master data.
• Translate business needs into fit-to-standard SAP S/4 designs through workshops and analysis.
• Build stakeholder consensus and champion the proposed design.
• Drive data validation and reconciliation across ECC and SAP S/4 environments.
• Serve as a change agent to SAP S/4 transformation and assist Finance teams.
• Partner with executives to identify and deliver transformational opportunities.
• Stay ahead of trends in finance transformation, AI, automation, and analytics.
• Provide executive oversight for multiple programs with cross-functional dependencies.
• Manage scope, timeline, risks, and resources with PMO and Tech leaders.

Job Description

The Senior Director of Finance Transformationhas a critical role for NBCUniversal’s SAP S4 HANA implementation, Project Keystone. You will work with colleagues across the Global Finance and Technology organizations, playing an active role in our finance transformation from design to deployment supporting the NBCU Studio Group. In this role, you will align with your dedicated business unit leader(s) and team members on functional and data requirements, ensuring business critical inputs are incorporated in the system design and thoroughly validated through testing.

Additionally, NBCUniversal understands the need tofit tostandard whereverpossible,and this will cause a level of organizational change management for any aspect of our business. The ideal candidate will understand the business unit’s finance processes and business rules, be able to clearly articulate those, and act asachangeagentin the business area.

Following the successful deployment and stabilization of Project Keystone, this role will continue to serve as a key leader within the Studio Finance Transformation organization, driving the next phase of finance modernization.

Responsibilities will include identifying and leading strategic initiatives across systems, processes, and technology, including future platform upgrades, process optimization efforts, automation opportunities, data and reporting enhancements, and the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies that improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and business outcomes. The individual will partner closely with Finance, Technology, and business leaders to help with execution of a multi-year transformation roadmap that supports the evolving needs of the Studios Group organization.

S4 HANA Implementation

• Provide strategic thinking and input based on subject matterexpertise(SME) for next generation ERP Finance Solutions for master data, implementation, and process design for Studio Group.
• Interface with Studios Group finance, S/4 Core Team, business units, System Integrator (SI)and Operations & Technologyto capture &analyzebusiness processes, workflows, policies, tables, objects, master data elements, programs, transactions etc. related to the current ECCsolution.
• Translate Studios Group business and reporting needs into fit‑to‑standard SAP S/4 business process and master data designs through active participation in workshops covering code block design, business process analysis, process re‑engineering, global templates, and value chain analysis.
• Build StudioGroup stakeholder consensus ensuring understanding of,and agreement to S/4 core design principles and champion the solution being proposed.
• Drive and complete data validation and reconciliation deliverables across legacy ECC and SAP S/4 environments, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity of master and transactional data throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Serve as a change agent to SAP S/4 transformation andassist business unitFinance teams with change management.
• Collaborate with Finance executives and business leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver transformational opportunities across the Studio Group.
• Serve as a thought leader emerging trends in finance transformation, digital finance, AI, automation, and analytics.
• Provide executive oversight for multiple concurrent transformation programs with significant business impact and cross-functional dependencies.
• Partner with Technology, PMO, and Finance leaders to manage project scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Spearhead experimentation, pilot programs, and innovation initiatives that support Studio Finance strategic objectives.

• Lead and develop a team of transformation professionals, project leaders, and consultants.
