Solstice-Advanced-Materials in Morris Plains, NJ is seeking a Senior Director of Finance to lead business analysis and planning, including budgeting and forecasting, to drive strategic growth. You will analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and provide guidance to senior leadership based on data-driven insights.

You will report to the Chief Financial Officer, Electronic & Specialty Materials, and work on a hybrid schedule from Morris Plains.

As a Senior Director Finance here at Solstice, you will be in a highly strategic and influential position responsible for leading and overseeing the business analysis and planning function. As a Senior Director, you will play a critical role in driving strategic planning and analysis initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and drive growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify business opportunities for our Electronic Materials business. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute business plans to achieve organizational goals. Providing strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven insights will be a key aspect of your role.

As a Senior Director, you will also be responsible for managing budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning. Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators will be essential to track business performance and identify areas for improvement. You will have the opportunity to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business analysis and planning activities.

You will report directly to our Chief Financial Officer, Electronic & Specialty Materials and you’ll work out of our Morris Plains, NJ location on a hybrid work schedule.
