The Edwards Lifesciences’ Corporate Development group is seeking a candidate to support the execution of a broad variety of strategic transactions including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, IP/Technology licenses, and partnerships. A successful candidate will support the long-term growth strategy of the company through the assessment, evaluation, structuring, negotiation and completion of potential transactions. Based on the collaborative nature of this role, the is an on-site position based in Irvine, CA.
For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $209,000 to $296,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
