Alcon in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Sr. Director - ATP Leader to provide central expertise, strategic direction, and cost-control oversight across large, cross-functional projects. This onsite role requires exceptional leadership and the ability to align programs with global business objectives.

You will mentor teams, manage budgets, and ensure SOP compliance while partnering with senior leaders to drive growth, efficiency, and quality in line with Alcon's standards.

• 12 Years of Relevant Experience.
• 8 Years of Demonstrated Leadership.

• Drive Alcon's growth by orchestrating processes and coordinating across internal teams and stakeholders, providing strategic expertise and direction.
• Conduct independent research and thought leadership activities to optimize project outcomes.
• Provide strategic direction and oversight to project teams, collaborating with senior leadership to align project objectives with business goals.
• All associates must adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following SOPs, maintaining documentation, ensuring quality control, and completing required training.

Sr. Director - ATP Leader - Unity DX

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for providing central expertise, support, and control for all projects in scope including developing plans and templates, following-through tasks across stakeholder groups, training/mentoring project teams, monitoring inter-project dependencies, and reporting project status and budget utilization to leadership. Focuses solely on project cost control. Refers to corporate, franchise, and specific function-driven projects, including Business Development/M&A, Digital Innovation, Analytics & Insights, Regulatory, Commercial and Customer Support, and Enabling Functions.
