The Senior Digital Product Manager is responsible for defining, developing and executing the strategic vision for new and existing digital product capabilities. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and project management professionals to identify customer needs, prioritize product initiatives and deliver innovative digital solutions that drive business value and enhance the customer experience. The Senior Digital Product Manager leverages market insights, customer feedback and data-driven decision-making to optimize product performance, improve user engagement and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, this position leads cross-functional collaboration to create customer focused content, manage product roadmaps and support the successful delivery of digital products throughout their lifecycle.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications or a related field.

This is a hybrid position. This position requires the ability to work various shifts to accommodate business needs. Typically between the hours of 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday through Friday and on weekends as needed. Travel is required 10% of the time.
Travel 0-10% as required on an as needed basis.
Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Dallas, TX or Detroit, MI.
