Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Sr. Digital Experience Designer to join the Digital Experience team.

You will design end-to-end digital experiences across websites, applications, and other digital touchpoints. You will translate consumer needs, business goals, and brand objectives into intuitive journeys and interfaces, and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate experience and design intent.

Qualifications

• BA/BFA or equivalent experience in UX/UI design, interaction design, visual communication, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI, product design, or digital experience design.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, prototyping, and responsive design.
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles, with an understanding of front-end development practices such as HTML and CSS.
