Job summary

Oteemo is a technology consulting firm delivering cloud native and DevSecOps transformations for enterprise and federal clients. We seek a DevSecOps engineer with deep Kubernetes, container security, and CI/CD experience to implement secure deployments across complex environments.

You will collaborate with global teams across Infrastructure, Software Development, security tooling, and automation to drive measurable security and efficiency improvements. U.S.

Qualifications

• DOD Secret clearance eligibility is required.
• Experience with container security solution implementations and CVE testing for containers.
• Strong expertise with Kubernetes and container technologies.
• Developing containerized applications using Docker and deploying to Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of container security tools (Twistlock, Aqua) is required.
• Hands-on DevSecOps with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Argo CD, or similar tools.
• Experience with security administration, remediation, and hardening (STIGs, patching).
• Knowledge of Istio and service mesh concepts is required.

Qualifications

• DOD Secret clearance eligibility required.
• Experience with container security solution implementations, CVE vulnerability testing and analysis for DOD container workloads.
• Strong expertise working with Kubernetes and container technologies.
• Experienced in developing containerized applications using docker and deploying into Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding and working knowledge of deployment models for Kubernetes.
• Experience with container security solution implementations, CVE vulnerability testing and analysis for container workloads.
• Knowledge of Twistlock, Aqua or other container security tools is required.
• Prior experience with hardening containers (for open source or proprietary tools) would be great.
• Advanced experience in providing DevSecOps implementation using Jenkins, Gitlab CI, Argo CD, or similar orchestration tools.
• Experience with manual and automated security administration, remediation, and hardening (STIG reviews, group policy and permissions, system modifications based on vulnerability scans, audits, and mitigations, patch management, etc.)
• Knowledge of Istio and service mesh concepts is required.
