The role requires 7+ years in DevOps or systems engineering, strong Unix/Linux, Java, Ruby, Perl, Python, and AWS experience, plus excellent vendor management and customer relationships.

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to support automation and services that make operating a massive, large-scale distributed system simple and easy. This is a contract position based in Westlake Village, California, with a duration of 6+ months. You will be hands-on with infrastructure automation, systems integration, web services, backend infrastructure, cloud security, and build & release engineering.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate critical thinking, providing options, recommendations, and additional actions relating to resolving issues, mitigating risks, and resolving escalated items
• Drive product excellency through fully incorporating operations requirements
• Maintain and troubleshoot provisioning, automation, configuration, integration, deployment, and release processes
• Participate in 24 x 7 global on-call support rotations
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
