Job summary

Fantom Corporation is a mission-focused organization supporting critical programs across the defense and intelligence community. We seek an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to support administration, deployment, integration, and maintenance of mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities include designing LAN/WAN infrastructure, managing Linux environments, deploying containerized apps, and building CI/CD pipelines, with travel and 24/7 support as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have active security clearance and MD polygraph within the last seven years
• Must be willing and able to work onsite at the listed location
• Twelve (12) years of deployments, Linux admin, containerization, cloud deployments, and DevSecOps experience
• Recent Kubernetes and cluster orchestration experience within last 3 years
• Strong Linux admin experience with RHEL/CentOS
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Cisco, and Arista networking
• Experience with Python/Bash scripting, CI/CD, and Ansible or Terraform
• Experience with hybrid cloud or virtualized environments
• Willingness to travel and provide 24/7 call-in support as required
• Active IAT II CWIP / DoD 8570-compliant certification, such as Security+
• Active CCNA certification
• Polygraph date within last seven years

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to support the administration, deployment, integration, and maintenance of mission-critical SIGINT survey, collection, and geolocation systems. This role combines Linux systems administration, network engineering, container orchestration, cloud infrastructure, and DevSecOps.
