  • Design and improve information architecture, content organization, and migration workflows so developers can find and use the right information quickly
  • Use user feedback, support trends, search behavior, and content analytics to identify gaps and continuously improve self-service
  • Work directly with hardware, software, product, documentation, and support subject-matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and timely updates
  • Serve as the ticket owner for escalated customer cases that require deep quantum computing and Systems expertise; investigate and reproduce code-level issues, coordinate with support, product, and engineering teams, drive customer-facing resolution, and convert recurring issues into reusable documentation, examples, or tutorials
  • Support product launches, technical workshops, conferences, and customer events with demos, technical content, and developer guidance
  • Contribute to documentation standards, review practices, and measurable quality and adoption goals across the documentation portfolio
  • Perform a monthly competitive intelligence review and synthesize relevant technical and market insights for internal stakeholders
