Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking engineers to define and validate product specifications, analyze circuits, and develop robust validation flows for memory products.

You will work with design, test, and manufacturing teams to identify marginalities, perform electrical failure analysis, and support reliability activities. The role emphasizes collaboration across functions and hands-on lab work to ensure high-quality memory solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry with exposure to DRAM or memory products.
• Knowledge of circuit-level simulation and semiconductor device behavior.
• Hands-on experience with lab tools, testers, and data analysis.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in the semiconductor industry with exposure to DRAM or memory products
• Knowledge of circuit‑level simulation and semiconductor device behavior
• Hands‑on experience with lab tools, testers, and data analysis
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DRAM architecture, operation, testing, and process technology
• Proficiency with Cadence schematics and layout tools
• Experience with Verilog or analog simulation environments
• Scripting experience using Python, Perl, Unix, or similar languages
• Ability to document architecture and present technical findings clearly
