This is an exciting, fast-moving role for a design leader who operates at the intersection of design execution and program leadership. If you thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment where design rigor and operational pace must coexist, then we want to talk to you. A typical day involves triaging new E-Commerce design requests, advancing active design packages, and coordinating with the Capital Planning and Construction teams to ensure design handoffs are clean and complete. You will regularly interface with store operations leaders to ground design decisions in real store context, partner with procurement on equipment specifications, and advance process improvements that help the team scale. This role requires both design judgment and program management discipline, you will need to move quickly, communicate clearly, and maintain quality across a portfolio of hundreds of active projects at any given time.
