How you’ll make an impact
  • Collaborate on custom transformer designs with a strong focus on safety and hazard mitigation.
  • Lead the design and development of three‑phase and single‑phase transformers.
  • Analyze designs, systems, and components requiring advanced technical expertise.
  • Support prototype builds, testing, and design updates based on results.
  • Drive continuous improvement in design processes, materials, and manufacturability.
  • Champion technology implementation and Design to Value (DTV) initiatives.
  • Provide technical mentorship and knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your background
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline; advanced degree a plus.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in electrical design or product development, ideally in transformer engineering.
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without the need for employer‑sponsored authorization.
  • Experience with 3D CAD tools; PTC Creo proficiency is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Clear, concise communication skills for diverse technical and non‑technical audiences.
