Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Demand Generation Manager - ABM to lead our demand generation strategy and drive qualified leads for our sales team. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, industry expertise, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B marketing and ABM particularly within the technology or SaaS sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Based Marketing – Develop and deploy an account based marketing strategy targeted towards the Top 250 US Based Staffing Companies.
  2. Develop and Execute Demand Generation Campaigns: Design and implement comprehensive demand generation programs that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
  3. Lead Generation and Nurturing: Utilize a mix of inbound and outbound marketing tactics to generate high-quality leads. Implement nurturing strategies to convert leads into sales opportunities.
  4. Content Strategy and Creation: Collaborate with content teams to produce compelling content that aligns with buyer personas and fuels demand generation efforts.
  5. Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools. Provide actionable insights and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.
  6. Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on target audiences, messaging, and follow-up processes. Facilitate effective handoff and tracking of leads.
  7. Marketing Automation and CRM: Leverage marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to streamline campaign execution and reporting.
  8. Budget Management: Manage demand generation budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize impact and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in demand generation or B2B marketing roles within the technology or SaaS industries.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  3. Skills: Expertise in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools. Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  4. Mindset: Results-oriented, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
