Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) ProServe is seeking a Delivery Practice Manager to lead a team of Delivery Consultants within the SDT, guiding enterprise customers through transformational projects and acting as a strategic advisor to customers, partners, and internal teams.

The role requires a strong IT or management consulting background, demonstrated leadership, and experience delivering large-scale programs, with a focus on P&L, budget discipline, and building senior-level client relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT and/or Management Consulting, or 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field
• Knowledge of compliance and security standards across the enterprise IT landscape
• Experience managing and delivering large-scale enterprise IT projects
• 7+ years of experience in SAP Technical or Functional areas

In this role, you'll manage a team of ProServe Delivery Consultants while supporting AWS enterprise customers through transformative projects. You'll leverage your IT and/or Management Consulting background to serve as a strategic advisor to customers, partners, and internal AWS teams.

• AWS certification
• Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks
• Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership
