Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks an ML/AI Delivery Manager to bridge business goals with technical execution, guiding engagements from sales through delivery in collaboration with EPAM teams.

You will own end-to-end ML/AI projects, drive governance, architect cloud solutions on GCP, lead pre-sales efforts, and mentor an architecture team to deliver cost-effective, scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT, including 5+ years as a Delivery Manager or Solution/Systems/Enterprise Architect
• Experience working as a Technical Consultant with pre-sales and end to end delivery ownership roles
• Proven SME in ML/AI, with a track record of accomplished, large-scale projects
• Deep hands-on GCP experience, including architectural expertise
• Implementation experience on at least one major cloud platform, ideally GCP
• Extensive experience managing technical engagements - solution design, RFP proposals, MVP delivery
• Background in Software Engineering/Enterprise Architecture balancing pre-sales and delivery execution
• Active GCP certifications strongly preferred
