Job summary

LHH is seeking a hands-on AI/ML Engineer to own end-to-end AI solutions with Databricks experience. The role focuses on real-world, production AI applications including RAG-based workflows across Azure and Databricks.

The ideal candidate will deploy scalable AI solutions that transform business use cases, thrive in a fast-moving, high-visibility environment, and contribute to impact-driven projects with excellent benefits and flexible work options.

We’re building real-world, production AI applications and looking for a hands‑on AI/ML Engineer with Databricks experience who can own end-to-end solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Has built and deployed RAG-based applications (LLMs, vector DBs, etc.)
• Can design full AI workflows across Azure and/or Databricks
• Thrives turning business use cases into scalable AI solutions
• Wants to work on impact-driven, real-world problems (not just experiments)

Pay range and compensation package:

• 175,000-200,000
