Job summary

MTK Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Houston seeks a highly seasoned Data Engineering lead with 15+ years of experience to optimize client data workflows and drive AI-enabled solutions.

The candidate will automate processes, develop POCs, and apply Agentic AI across the SDLC, focusing on Databricks and AWS Redshift.

This is a hybrid, long-term role requiring self-motivation and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to deliver innovative data engineering initiatives.

Qualifications

Role Overview

At a high level, we need a candidate of extreme caliber someone who can:

• Assess and optimize existing Data Engineering processes within Client.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI enablement, develop POCs, and drive successful implementation of those ideas.
• Bring strong problem-solving and innovation skills to the table, proactively identifying opportunities rather than waiting for direction.
• Collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders, including business teams, and build alignment around innovative solutions.
• Bring strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI / AI within Data Engineering, and AI solutions across SDLC.
• Have solid experience with Databricks and AWS Redshift.

This is a high-visibility role that requires someone who is a self-starter, highly motivated, and capable of operating independently with minimal hand-holding.
