Job summary

ITAC Solutions in Alabama is seeking a Sr. Data Engineer to build a modern data ecosystem that powers analytics and AI initiatives. You will shape how data is collected, governed, and delivered across a rapidly expanding organization.

You’ll work with Spark, Delta Lake, and Databricks on Azure to develop production-grade pipelines, scalable data models, and reliable workflows that enable reporting and AI efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL proficiency with data modeling and query optimization.
• Python development experience with testing and validation workflows.
• Experience building scalable, production-grade data pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud data services and IaC deployment approaches.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance data ingestion frameworks for API and file-based sources.
• Integrate data from systems including CRM, portfolio management, and other platforms.
• Develop curated datasets supporting reporting, analytics, internal applications, and AI initiatives.
• Design data models for accounts, entities, households, and related structures.
• Establish testing, monitoring, quality, and governance practices.
• Create reliable production workflows and documentation for long-term scalability.

Compensation

• Up to $115,000, depending on experience

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Experience with financial services or regulated data environments is a plus
