Job summary

Orange Business recherche un(e) analyste data pour collecter et analyser des volumes importants de données afin de suivre les performances du réseau et la qualité de service. Vous développerez des dashboards et des modèles AI/ML pour prévoir les performances et soutenir les décisions.

Le candidat idéal possède une formation en data science/CS ou télécom, une solide expérience en SQL/visualisation (Tableau/Power BI) et une sensibilité aux architectures OSS/BSS, ainsi que des compétences

Qualifications

• Preuve d'expérience en analyse de données, d'analyse de performances et d'analyse commerciale dans les télécoms ou secteurs similaires.

Responsibilities

• Collecter, traiter et analyser des données à grande échelle pour surveiller les performances du réseau, la qualité de service et l'efficacité opérationnelle.
• Développer et maintenir des dashboards, rapports et visualisations pour suivre les KPI réseau et performance commerciale.
• Réaliser des analyses métier pour identifier des opportunités d'optimisation des processus, de réduction des coûts et d'amélioration du service.
• Concevoir, développer et déployer des modèles AI/ML pour les prévisions et les prédictions de performance.
• Collaborer avec des équipes transverses pour transformer les besoins métier en solutions techniques (data pipelines et modèles).
• Maintenir une bonne connaissance de l'architecture OSS/BSS, KPI et bonnes pratiques du secteur.
• Participer activement en équipes Agile/Scrum, contribuant à la planification de sprint, aux stand-ups et au développement itératif.
• Rester informé des tendances du secteur telecom et des techniques AI/ML émergentes pour soutenir l'amélioration continue.

About the role

• Collect, process, and analyze large-scale data to monitor network performance, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs related to network and business performance.
• Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and service improvement.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for performance forecasting and prediction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, including data pipelines and models.
• Maintain a good understanding of telecom OSS/BSS architecture, KPIs, and industry best practices.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning, stand‑ups, and iterative development.
• Stay updated on telecom industry trends, emerging AI/ML techniques, and Agile best practices to support continuous improvement.

About you

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

• Proven experience in data analysis, performance analysis, and business analysis within telecom or related industries.
• Strong understanding of OSS/BSS systems, network KPIs, and telecom operations.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., Python, R, TensorFlow, scikit‑learn).
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL/ELT processes and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and data pipeline development.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark/Fabric/Splunk) is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
