Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a data engineering professional to design, build, and optimize enterprise data lakes, data warehouses, and dimensional data models to enable analytics across the organization.

You will develop secure, scalable data ingestion pipelines and ETL/ELT processes while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions and actionable insights through reports and semantic data layers.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 3+ years designing and optimizing enterprise data platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• Public trust eligibility is mandatory; candidates must obtain adjudication prior to onboarding.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and optimize enterprise data lakes, data warehouses, and dimensional data models.

What You Will Need

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DHS “PUBLIC TRUST”; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• THREE (3) or more years of experience designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise data platforms and analytics solutions.

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Experience applying AI-enabled tools and techniques to enhance data engineering and analytics capabilities, including:
• Data modeling acceleration
• SEMOSS (Semantic Open Source Software)
• Anomaly detection and monitoring
• Automated pipeline development and optimization
• Experience supporting cloud-based data and analytics environments.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and data platform automation.

The annual salary range for this position is $75,200.00-$112,900.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
