Target is seeking a Reporting & Analytics Analyst in Minneapolis to join a centralized FP&A team. You will deliver standardized financial reporting, design and automate dashboards, and provide insights to multiple functions including Merch Finance, Marketing, Stores, and Supply Chain.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a Data Analyst, strong SQL, and proficiency in Python or R, plus expert data visualization skills with Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
The pay range is $88,000.00 - $158,000.00.

A role on the Financial Planning & Analysis team means belonging to a great team of genuine, diverse, courageous and versatile people who put integrity and ethics at the heart of everything they do. You’ll play a key role in delivering standardized, accurate, and insightful financial reporting across FP&A. This role partners closely with finance leaders and business stakeholders to design, automate, and enhance reporting solutions that drive data‑informed decision‑making. As part of a centralized Reporting & Analytics team, this analyst will support multiple FP&A functions (Merch Finance, Marketing, Stores, Supply Chain, Corporate Finance, Capital) by providing scalable reporting, dashboarding, and analytical insights.
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
