Formación

• Proficient in SQL and relational databases.
• Hands-on Tableau Desktop & Tableau Server experience.
• Experience with Alteryx Designer and workflow automation.
• Proficient in Excel with Pivot Tables and advanced formulas.
• Knowledge of Python for data analysis.
• Strong data visualization and dashboard development skills.
• Understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Experience with data profiling and data validation.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or Teradata.
• Experience with ETL and data integration.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Analyst to analyze complex business data, develop interactive dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, and statistical analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets to identify business trends, patterns, and opportunities.

Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.

Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data.

Perform data cleansing, profiling, and quality assessments.

Build analytical workflows using Alteryx.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.

Develop KPIs and performance metrics for business operations.

Perform exploratory data analysis and root cause analysis.

Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.

Present analytical findings and recommendations to management.

Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and documentation.

Required Technical Skills

Strong experience in SQL and relational databases.

Hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.

Experience with Alteryx Designer and workflow automation.

Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and advanced formulas.

Knowledge of Python for data analysis.

Experience with data visualization and dashboard development.

Understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation.

Experience with data profiling and data validation.

Knowledge of Snowflake or Teradata.

Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration.

Preferred Skills

Experience with SAS or R programming.

Knowledge of Tableau Prep.

Understanding of business intelligence and data warehousing.

Experience with predictive analytics.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira.
