Job summary

Technogen, Inc. is seeking a Sr Data & AI Architect to define end-to-end architectures for AI-powered data solutions, including intelligent agents and automated workflows.

You will drive collaboration frameworks, security governance, and scalable data architectures across ERP/CRM and IT platforms. You will lead cross-functional teams in implementing agentic, generative, and conversational AI patterns, ensuring data privacy, compliance, and robust deployment practices.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Solution, Enterprise, Cloud, or Data Integration Architecture.
• Strong cloud architecture experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) and experience integrating enterprise platforms (CRM, ERP, ITSM, or similar).
• Experience with data structures, enterprise tools, cloud hyperscalers and platforms leveraging AI for data management and governance.
• 8+ years of strong understanding in Agentic AI, Conversational AI, Generative AI, and multi-agent architectures.
• 8+ years of deep knowledge of APIs, event-driven architecture, identity protocols, canonical data models, security, and observability.
• 8+ years of ability to translate business objectives into scalable technical architecture and implementation roadmaps.
• 8+ years of strong stakeholder management, documentation, and executive communication skills.
• 8+ years of experience in effective application development project implementation / deployment strategies with a customer base distributed worldwide.
• 8+ years of experience in highly parallel work environments with iterative, agile, and waterfall approaches.
• 8+ years of experience in both business transformation and information technology projects.
• 15+ years of technical knowledge with hands-on experience, managing application development
• 10+ years of strong verbal and written communications skills
• 10+ years of strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and persuade at all management levels in cross-functional environments

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for AI-powered data solutions, including agents, automation workflows, and multi-agent ecosystems across enterprise platforms.

• Translate business requirements and workflows into scalable data and AI solutions, integration, security, deployment, and operations architectures.
• Provide technical leadership across Architecture, Engineering, Security, Data, and Operations teams, establishing standards, governance frameworks, and reusable patterns.
• Define security architecture — authentication, authorization, identity propagation, and governance controls across all layers.
• Establish responsible AI guardrails covering data privacy, prompt security, model safety, compliance, and human approval workflows.
• Define enterprise data architecture, integration strategies, canonical data models, API standards, and knowledge management frameworks.
• Define RAG or comparable approaches enabling secure access to structured and unstructured enterprise data.
• Drive data privacy, integration, and management practices for governed access across platforms.

• Translate business requirements and operational workflows into scalable data and AI solutions, integration, security, deployment, and operational architectures.
• Provide technical leadership across Architecture, Engineering, Security, Data, and Operations teams, establishing standards, governance frameworks, and reusable patterns.
