Prevailance, Inc. is seeking a Senior Level Critical Infrastructure Analyst to support security and resilience initiatives for the CISA Headquarters in Arlington, VA.

The position involves identifying infrastructure assets, dependencies, and vulnerabilities, with a focus on actionable recommendations to strengthen resilience. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with critical infrastructure analysis, dependency analyses, cyber/physical convergence, and technical reporting, and

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working with critical infrastructure owners and government officials
• Experience with collaboration and analysis tools (SharePoint, Forms, Dynamics, GIS)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, Forms, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint)
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical findings to government and industry stakeholders
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%
• U.S. Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess critical infrastructure assets, dependencies, and interdependencies, including third-order dependencies, using open-source data, stakeholder input, and existing assessments
• Conduct dependency and interdependency analyses across essential lifeline services (energy, communications, water, transportation, healthcare, emergency services, and government services)
• Evaluate natural and human-caused threats and hazards, assessing potential impacts on infrastructure assets and installation resilience
• Identify resilience gaps and develop COAs to mitigate vulnerabilities and improve infrastructure resilience
• Collaborate with CISA Regional personnel, infrastructure owners and operators, and government stakeholders to validate assessments and recommendations
• Develop CUI reports, technical analyses, asset descriptions, and prioritized resilience recommendations
• Support CPT meetings, workshops, and resource coordination conferences, including briefing materials and documentation
• Conduct research, respond to requests for information, and contribute to after-action reviews and continuous improvement
• Provide analytical and technical support to the Task Lead and Project Manager
