Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of site monitoring including routine monitoring, initiation visits, and close-out activities.
• Manage site procedures to ensure proper documentation and protocol adherence.
• Ensure informed consent procedures and protocol requirements are followed.
• Source data verification and CRF review to ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate project activities as a Local Project Coordinator or client contact as needed.
• Assist with training of new staff and cross-functional collaboration.
• Contribute to site initiation and ongoing regulatory compliance activities.
