Job summary

The LEGO Group’s in-house LEGO Agency (OLA) in Boston seeks a Senior Social Media Creative to craft on-brand copy, headlines and messaging for global campaigns. You will work with writers, strategists and art directors to develop ideas from concept to final execution and adapt tone for diverse audiences.

Join a hybrid team based in Boston with a 3-day in-office policy, leading social-first concepts and ensuring storytelling excellence across platforms while driving impact for the LEGO Brand.

Qualifications

  • Mid-level experience writing and leading messaging for global campaigns, from headlines to scripts to social-first concepting.
  • Experience at advertising agencies or other creative companies.
  • Ability to adapt tone of voice to different audiences and product lines while staying consistent with the brand's voice.
  • Proven track-record of delivering influential and creative solutions.
  • Ability to lead and craft conceptual advertising executions from brief to production.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire senior partners.
  • Collaborative spirit, with the ability to lead teams effectively.
  • Strong prioritization skills, a curiosity for learning and a growth mindset.

This 3 day in the office hybrid working model will exemplify our People Promise by embracing the different life situations of our colleagues.No relocation assistance is offered for this position.CompensationThe salary for this position has a range of $75,436.00 - $113,154.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
