The Senior Copywriter creates compelling short- and longform copy across email, web, social, and campaign channels. This is a senior role for a strategic thought partner who shapes ideas as well as executes them, elevates the craft of the wider team, and is genuinely curious about performance data and how AI and generative engines are reshaping content discovery.

**Required: A portfolio of writing samples demonstrating range across audiences (B2C, B2B) and formats (short- and longform) is required to have application reviewed further. This can be a link on your resume/CV or uploaded during application.**

  • Copywriting and Editing
  • On-brand content creation across marketing assets
  • Concept-to-final-edit content ownership

  • Performance-Driven Writing
  • Data-informed content strategy (engagement, conversion, search/AI-visibility)
  • Performance insights applied as a creative input, not an afterthought
  • Market, Audience, and Competitive Fluency
  • Ongoing awareness of workforce and higher ed trends and competitive activity
  • Translation of market and audience insight into resonant messaging
  • AI-Forward Thought Leadership
  • Curious about GEO and LLM-driven discovery

Job Skills
  • Multi-brand copywriting for B2C, B2B, and higher-education audiences, with editing, proofreading, and brand-voice alignment skills.

  • Comfort interpreting performance data (engagement, conversion, AI-visibility) to inform copy and content strategy.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, AEO, and GEO, with interest in how LLMs, AI copilots, and agentic tools are reshaping content discovery.
