The Senior Coordinator role within Dealer Services is responsible for driving business growth, ensuring dealer satisfaction, and managing escalated customer service situations. This position combines advanced operational expertise with strategic thinking to improve processes and deliver exceptional B2B experiences while supporting daily business operations.
This role will be based out of the CarMax Home Office (Richmond, VA) and associates will work onsite 4 days per week with the option to work remote on Fridays.
