Hiring for our seasonal positions occurs on a rolling basis. Applications will be accepted until December 15th or until the positions are filled (whichever is first).
This position is a seasonal role to support peak Fall/Winter business. This role’s mission is to facilitate exceptional flow of retail products from vendors to our stores by ensuring product data integrity with SKUs and purchase orders. The person in this role will be an individual contributor on the Retail Data Integrity Team, which is responsible for supporting the Retail Merchant Team’s order writing efforts. The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in retail either in practice or through education. Day to day, this role will be executed on internal standards and processes for setting up order writing tools, creating and maintaining SKU data, and managing purchase order data on tight deadlines.

With data integrity at the forefront, perform and optimize SKU creation/maintenance and order writing tools for stakeholders (Vendors and Merchants) to leverage data in their role
Source, organize, and use current and future season vendor product line information, including UPCs and pricing, to create and maintain SKUs
Enter and revise retail purchase orders accurately by deadlines
Identify and make recommendations on gaps and opportunities in existing processes and collaborate with Supervisor, Retail Data Integrity and PO Upload to streamline ways of working
Establish relationships and work with Supply Chain Teams and Merchandise Managers through Microsoft Teams and email communications
Support Distribution and Store operations with product data issue resolution

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $21/hr. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
