A global electronic payment solutions provider in Omaha, NE is seeking an experienced billing and invoicing expert. You will review and analyze customer contracts, ensuring timely invoicing and resolution of billing discrepancies. This role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with preferred knowledge in Salesforce.com and Oracle ERP. Review, analyze and interpret executed customer contracts and enters the information into the ERP system(s). Responsible for invoice generation and making adjustments based on internal and external customer billing inquiries and disputes. Work with sales, project managers, analysts, and revenue team to resolve complex billing issues. Apply critical thinking to ensure invoicing is consistent with contracts and follows ACI policies. Optimize departmental performance through accuracy, timeliness, and communication to best serve internal and external customers.
