Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of consumer insights, market research, or related experience.
  • Experience leading qualitative and quantitative research methodologies (surveys, focus groups, interviews, usability testing, card sorting, heuristic evaluations).
  • Strong analytical skills to collect, interpret, and communicate consumer data and insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead qualitative and quantitative consumer research projects from design through delivery with actionable insights and business recommendations.

Through custom consumer research, market exploration, and qualitative and quantitative studies, we uncover insights into consumer needs, perceptions, and category dynamics to inform business strategies. We partner with stakeholders to translate research findings, ensuring consumer perspectives are reflected cross-functionally.As a Sr. Consumer Research Analyst, you will independently lead mid- to large-scale research initiatives that deliver actionable consumer insights and strategic recommendations. You will collaborate across Product, Design, Innovation, Merchandising, Marketing, and Commercial teams to influence business decisions and strategy, ensuring the Consumer perspective is embedded throughout the purchase journey.
