Amazon's XCM Insights team is seeking a data-driven marketer to manage supplier relationships, analyze brand performance, and craft reports that measure campaigns across multiple countries.
You will migrate surveys, design data work plans with vendors and engineering, perform basic statistics, and draft reports while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires an individual with excellent data insights, writing skills and experience managing suppliers. A successful candidate will have the ability to work with vendors, data sheets, and ensure mechanisms provide robust, trendable data that can be used for marketing campaign measurement. The candidate will have passion for the Amazon and Prime brands, be comfortable with data and analytics, be self‑starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast‑paced and entrepreneurial environment and driven by a desire to be the voice of our customers to leadership.
XCM Insights (XCMI) is Amazon's global brand and advertising research team. We measure how customers perceive the Amazon brand across 24+ countries worldwide — from the US, UK, Germany, and Japan to growing marketplaces across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia‑Pacific. Our brand tracking, campaign measurement, and creative testing directly inform marketing strategy at the highest levels of the company. The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
