A Brief Overview As a Senior Consultant, Leadership and Organizational Development, you will be a key leader in driving the execution, design, and continuous improvement of Stanford Health Care's Leadership and Organization Development strategy. You will leverage your expertise in curriculum design, measurement, adult learning, learning technology, and facilitation to build and deliver systematic, multi-tier learning journeys that equip our 1,800+ leaders with the critical capabilities required to champion our culture and enable our new organizational strategy. Furthermore, you will operate as a dedicated Organizational Development (OD) Consultant to one or more organizations within SHC, facilitating development experiences and OD interventions designed to enable the new organizational strategy. This role requires deep technical knowledge, strong execution focus, and adaptability to translate strategic vision into high-impact, scalable, and data-driven learning solutions.
Stanford Health Care
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited college or university. Preferred Education/Certification: Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Administration/MBA) strongly preferred. Specialized certifications in leadership and/or organizational development are a plus.
7+ years of progressive experience in leadership and/or organizational development.
Digital & AI Fluency: Knowledge of emerging AI technologies in the L&D space, with the ability to evaluate design tools that enhance learner personalization and program scalability. Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities AI/Agentic Fluency: Experience defining business requirements for deploying LLM-powered workflows, agents/copilots, or decision support in HR/talent contexts. Prior experience within the healthcare industry.
Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach preferred .

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at \$68.52 - \$90.78 per hour The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
